About the Free Cross Stitch Pattern

While this pattern was created with beginners in mind, it’s the perfect little summer project for stitchers of all skill levels. The small color palette makes it easy to use up your stash and there is a ton of flexibility to come up with some fantastic color palettes all on your own.

This pattern finishes at 5.7″ x 5.7″ and the circular design fits nicely in a hoop. The cover photo features the pattern stitched on 14 count Aida finished in an 8″ hoop. I love how finishing the project in a larger hoop gives it a natural thick border.

  1. Thank you for the beautiful chart. Very generous of you to share with us. Happy happy birthday have a wonderful and safe evening.

    1. I burnt out with quilting after 3 yrs of COVID and being home bound. Today for some reason your email has sparked something in me and oddly enough it was the cross stitch Mod Flowers pattern. Sort of a self taught lefty (40 yrs ago) it’s a difficult when everything is presented in a right handed world. I have a 3 drawer craft cart full of leftover threads and cross stitch Aida cloth and now …… a new pattern to get exited about along with promising instructions to start me off better prepared. Thank you for the spark ⚡️ and pattern, Joyce
