Wholesale FAQs

A few quick details about ordering and stocking Hailey Stitches patterns.

How are the printed patterns packaged?

Hailey Stitches patterns are professionally printed in full color on 80# paper and individually packaged in clear zip bags with a hang hole. They arrive shop-ready and can go straight onto your retail floor.

What are the wholesale minimums and quantities?

Direct wholesale orders have a $50 minimum. Patterns are $6 wholesale with a suggested retail price of $12.

Each design is sold in packs of 3 and must be ordered in multiples of 3. You can mix and match designs to reach the $50 order minimum.

How do direct orders work?

Fill out the wholesale order form with your shop information, patterns, and quantities. We’ll review your order and send you a Faire invoice. Shipping is added at actual cost and payment is required before your order ships.

Direct orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
