Memberships

Monthly and annual Quilt Cheat Sheet Club memberships are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. After 7 days, membership payments are non-refundable. See details on our Membership Terms & Conditions page.

Duplicate Purchases

Accidentally purchased the same product more than once? Duplicate purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the duplicate purchase date.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, digital purchases are non-refundable except for eligible duplicate purchases.

To request a refund, contact Hailey Stitches with the email address used for your purchase and your order information.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
