Access & Content
When do new cheat sheets come out?
At Noon CST on the 1st of each month. You’ll get an email from hailey@haileystitches with your downloads. You can also log into your account at https://haileystitches.com/my-account/ and see the cheat sheets under My Account > Memberships > Quilt Cheat Sheet Club > [Month/Year] Cheat Sheets.
What format are the cheat sheets in?
They are delivered as PDF files, so you can use them on any device or print them.
How do I use the cheat sheets?
- Digital: Download and keep them on your computer, tablet, or phone. Use the Digital Organizer Spreadsheet (Google Sheet) to stay organized.
- Printable: Print them, then organize with the Quilt Cheat Sheet Club Binder Cover and Dividers (PDF Download).
- Flexible: Some members keep them in binders, others pin them in their sewing space — use them however fits your quilting style.
Do monthly cheat sheets expire?
Yes — if you’re on the Monthly Plan, each set of cheat sheets is only available until the end of the release month. After that, they expire. Annual members keep access through the Vault. Monthly members will receive a reminder email to download their cheat sheets towards the end of each month.
What if I forget to download a monthly cheat sheet?
If you were an active Monthly Quilt Cheat Sheet Club Member during the month you forgot to download, you can email hailey@haileysitches.com for support. If you were not a member, you will need to upgrade to the Annual Plan to access past cheat sheets.
Will cheat sheets ever repeat?
No — each month’s cheat sheets are new and unique. There may be some overlapping information, but it will be presented in a new and helpful way.
If you are an Annual Plan member, you will see some cheat sheets in the vault that Hailey has previously released on her website and to her email list. This is so that you can find everything in one localized place, and you can access every cheat sheet ever created!
Billing & Plans
When will I be charged?
- Monthly Plan: Your subscription renews every month on the same date you joined. Example: If you joined on the 12th, you’ll be billed again on the 12th of each month.
- Annual Plan: Your subscription renews once a year on your join date. Example: If you joined on September 12, 2025, you’ll renew on September 12, 2026.
What’s the difference between the Monthly and Annual plans?
- Monthly Plan: You receive 4 brand-new cheat sheets each month. These files are available to download until the end of that month.
- Annual Plan: You receive 4 new cheat sheets each month plus instant access to the entire Cheat Sheet Vault (all past cheat sheets). Files never expire while your annual plan is active.
Can I upgrade from Monthly to Annual?
Yes! Log in at https://haileystitches.com/my-account/ and follow My Account > Subscriptions > View > click Upgrade to Annual and Get the Vault.
Can I switch from Annual to Monthly?
No — once you’ve purchased Annual, it can’t be downgraded mid-year. At the end of your term, you can cancel Annual and rejoin as Monthly. You will receive a renewal reminder 3 days before your renewal date.
Can I pause my membership?
Not right now. You can cancel anytime and rejoin later.
Cancellations & Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — I offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund when you initially join the monthly or annual plan. Just cancel through your account within 7 days and your payment will be refunded. After 7 days, all sales are final due to the instant nature of digital content delivery.
How do I get a refund?
- Log in at https://haileystitches.com/my-account/.
- Go to My Account > Orders.
- Click View Order.
- Scroll down and click Refund & Cancel My Plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Log in at https://haileystitches.com/my-account/.
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions > View.
- Click Cancel.
What happens if I cancel?
- Monthly: Access continues until your next renewal date. After that, you lose access to cheat sheets.
- Annual: Access continues until your annual renewal date. After that, you lose access to the cheat sheets and vault.
If I cancel, can I rejoin later?
Yes! You’re welcome to rejoin at any time. Please note:
- Monthly members will only get cheat sheets from the month they rejoin onward.
- Annual members regain full vault access once they restart their plan.
Payment Issues
What happens if my payment fails?
WooCommerce will automatically retry up to 5 times over 7 days. You’ll also get reminder emails. If it still fails, your membership will be placed on hold.
How do I update my payment method?
- Log in at https://haileystitches.com/my-account/.
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions > View.
- Click Change Payment.
I was charged after canceling — what should I do?
Email hailey@haileystitches.com and we’ll issue a refund.
Emails & Communication
I didn’t get my welcome email — what should I do?
Check your Promotions or Spam folder. If it’s not there, email hailey@haileystitches.com.
How will I get notified about new cheat sheets?
You’ll get an email on the 1st of each month at 12PM Noon CST with your download links. Annual members also get instructions for accessing the Vault.
Can I change my email address?
Yes — log in to https://haileystitches.com/my-account/edit-account/ and update your email. If you change your email address please let me know so I can make sure you keep receiving your monthly emails. You can notify me by emailing me at hailey@haileystitches.com.
Permissions & Sharing
Can I share my cheat sheets with friends or my guild?
No — the membership is for your personal use only. If your guild is interested, contact me at hailey@haileystitches.com about group licensing.
Can I sell or republish the cheat sheets?
No — cheat sheets cannot be reproduced, resold, or used in commercial projects.
General
Do members get special promotions?
Sometimes! I may offer bonuses, discounts, or exclusive offers for members. These are announced via email.
Will the membership ever include more than cheat sheets?
Cheat sheets are the core, but I may add extras like printables, bonuses, or exclusive content for members over time.
Gift Card Use & Terms
How do I use my gift card?
- Your gift card code will be sent to you by email.
- Enter the code in the “Coupon / Gift Card” box during checkout, then click Apply.
- The balance will be applied to your order total.
- If your order is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on your code until it’s used up.
- The gift card is tied to the email address you used when purchasing your membership.
What are the terms and conditions of the gift card?
- The gift card cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or reissued if lost.
- Gift cards cannot be used toward membership purchases.
- The credit may be used across multiple transactions until the full amount is spent.
- If you request a refund on your membership within the 7-day refund period, your gift card will immediately become invalid.
- Any purchases made with the gift card during that time will also be revoked, and you will lose access to any products purchased with the credit.
